- Experience: ~2–5 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection (HSE) rules in the workplace
- Ensure adherence to Technical Operation Rules, Safety Regulations, and Fire Safety requirements
- Analyze potential workplace injuries and risks, develop preventive measures, and supervise their implementation
- Inspect sanitary and technical conditions of workplaces, buildings, facilities, and equipment from an occupational safety perspective
- Develop and implement action plans to improve working conditions
- Participate in environmental protection activities
- Conduct induction training for newly hired employees
- Assess employees’ knowledge of occupational safety and participate in certification processes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of safety instructions
- Participate in investigations of workplace accidents
- Prepare HSE reports and present them to management
- Monitor the provision and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Oversee the condition of ventilation systems, protective devices, and safety equipment
Requirements:
- Higher education in a relevant field
- Work experience in the HSE field
- Knowledge of occupational safety, technical, and fire safety regulations
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Responsibility and efficiency
- Computer skills
